We print the design you approve
Printed cards are made to order from your own file. Before anything is printed you see a proof on screen and approve it, and we print exactly the file you approved. Approved designs cannot be returned.
If the cards arrive damaged or misprinted
If your cards arrive damaged, or are not printed the way the proof you approved shows them, tell us within 14 days of receiving them and send photos of the cards and of the parcel. We will reprint them or refund them.
What we cannot take back
Cards printed correctly from a design you approved: spelling, phone numbers, colours as designed, and anything placed close to the edge. Please check the proof carefully before you approve it.
Your legal rights
Printed cards are made to your own design, so the 14-day right to change your mind that applies to many online purchases in the European Union and the United Kingdom does not apply to them. This does not affect any other right the law gives you.
